Storm and Flood

It's already been 1 week and the flood outside of our house won't go down.

Some of the areas in Luzon are still..you know....are still flooded. Well, another typhoon is coming to area of luzon....

I heard that some countries experiencing natural disaster at the same time....is this another sign of global warming?
